Our projects
Our organization is involved in numerous projects including educating on child marriage.
NK Funds Empower Women
1. To create awareness and self-reliance among women and provide education and training.
2. To create online income opportunities for them through employment, business or skill training.
3. To establish a library and computer laboratory so that they can benefit from reading and get education in computer and information technology.
4. To provide guidance and assistance to elderly and disabled women to reach government assistance centers.
5. To create awareness among parents and society regarding the marriage of under age girls and to discourage it.
6. To eliminate the trend of illegal dowry, to create a sense of welcoming other peoples’ daughters with love without it and to strive to eliminate the shame that arises without it
7. To create a trend of bringing cleanliness outside the homes to the streets, intersections and roads
8. To create awareness among all people that water is life and not to waste it unnecessarily.
9. To try to make every boy and girl get education at least up to matriculation
10. To create entertainment opportunities for women Meena Baza, Eid Milan Party etc.
EdUCATION
There are primary school-age children out of school in Kashmir; they have to work or beg to survive. And when they do make it into the classroom, hunger affects their ability to learn.
